i dont think he has the whole Quran available. however, he has a loooot of surahs on his website (although its in arabic only) alkanderi[dot]com and he also has some on Isl[amwaydot]com

@awiish brother i know its 3 years later but there is a website called vid2mp3 that lets you do it.
