I love running our Crescent UL and LT down creeks and rivers in our area that have some fun class II-III spots. Even more excited for Spring after watching this.
I bought a used UL last year and absolutely put it through the paces. It has some gouges but took the abuse no problem. So much so I just bought the LT.
That looked super fun. I just received mine. Its in the garage. I cant wait till spring. You stayed locked down in the seat. Did you have thigh straps? Looks like it will be a wetter ride than my old tarpon 120? No biggie. You had it in stuff i won't get into with my fishing gear.
They handle great. Definitely better for smaller people but a fun little boat. I’d have to pull over and get that water out of the hull if plowing waves like that though.
sweet video. Only video i could find out there with this rig on river currents. every else reviews it on flat water.

Are you familiar with the Moken 10 Lite? I'm thinking about the Crescent Ultralite versus the Moken 10 Lite.
Is there any concern with the Crescent about banging into large rocks or tree stumps? Possible damage? How well do they hold up?

what is your height and weight?
how much weight did you have packed on boat?
did you have scupper plugs in?
thinking about getting this boat for very similar trips. how was the stability during rapids?
