Any chance you guys are going to be reacting to the actual episodes? Because I just binged the entire series 1. Not just the best video game adaptation I've ever seen, but one of the best series I've seen in years. Got a immediate 10 out of 10 for me and that's a extremely rare thing for me to give.

@@relatablenerds Yup could not stop watching it that I stayed past 5am trying to finish it, but passed out near the end of ep 5. Then finished the rest of the series once I woke up.
Which is saying something since I'm someone who can be pretty critical of TV shows as I tend to notice trends of lazy and bad writing in shows people praise *cough*The Boys*cough*Game of Thrones*cough* Heck even Ella Purnell's last series Yellowjackets I can spot certain issues in season 1 that sounds like it snowballed into bigger issues into season 2. Doesn't surprise me since that show's creators are former Originals/Vampire Diaries writers and their writing style is all over that show.
This show however, complaints are extremely small that don't affect the show too much ala romance was very predictable, the dog not getting enough screentime and more minor things, but everything else is solid all around. That I'm now very curious who came up with the story? Was it the Westworld writers, that Tomb Raider writer or the 4th dude? Because I know this series have 4 creators, so not sure who was the biggest brain child in that pack.

I binged them all, and it was actually really good. I give it an 8.5/10 as a fallout nerd, it didn't give me everything that the fallout universe of known for, and it definitely retconned a bit of the lore of the games, BUT I will say as it's own standalone story it was pretty decent and the characters themselves are really good as well. You should definitely react to it.
Also, if you think the state of the world now is bad, think about the Cuban missile crisis, imagine being told that if it didn't go the way it did, just hug your families goodbye or enjoy your last small things you like to do like alone a cigarette. Sure, while things are tense now in the world, it's still dialed back from a 9.95 to more like a warm 6-7 these days.
Awesome! We’ve heard nothing but great things! I’ve never actually finished the games but just played here and there! I’m glad Fallout gamers are approving of it - that’s always a good sign. I think it may be approved for a second season as well.
That’s true. Cuban missile crisis was nuts. A warm 6-7 still does make me anxious sometimes. Thankfully we have shows like this to distract us 😅😅
