When I listen to this at work (coding) I feel like instead of being in a bland office, I'm hidden in a back booth at leblanc working on a hack with Futaba. It makes my day goes from anxiety inducing to actually pleasant.
while i agree its a great playlist its not good to build habits that rely on things like that because there are 100% gonna be times where you cant do said habit.please try and retrain yourself to sleep without it or find an alternative you can do 100% of the time.
