You should try the mechanism of horn air pressure pumps, it is a circle with 3 flaps attached to it that touch the walls of a bigger circle that surrounds it, and because the inner circle is eccentric it creates pressure when the space between the walls of both circles and in between the flaps shrinks due to the rotating motion of the inner circle.... look it up, you will like it.
