@@wou4656 No, it is not, it's Reena too, both romanized names are acceptable according to the original mangaka of Slayers (Japanese writer). You can canonically say Reena Inverse or Lina Inverse. In fact, in some countries the call her Rina, Ryna and Reena instead of Lina. Remember that the majority of the Japanese people cannot distinguish the R and L sounds clearly and they tend to switch both sounds randomly.

She is not, according to the lore the Lord of Nightmares appeared before and always in the form of a young blonde girl. Lina is a prodigy in magic and she combined knowledge of the lore with the knowledge about Lord Shabranigdos spell Dragu Slave hence the similarities in the incantation to create Giga Slave (hence the similarities in the spell name as well). It was stated in the anime that they initially thought the spell just draws power of the Lord of Nightmares but was later cleared up that Giga Slave summons the LoN since her power is her mind and her mind is her power!

Man Phibrizzo was such a piece of shit. Like all the other villains in this series have some depth , some backstory , some actual reasoning for their actions. Rezo wanted to cure his blindness , Copy Rezo wanted to surpass his original etc and even Shabranigdo showed some honor when he gracefully accepted his defeat. Phibrizzo is literally just evil for evil's sake and wants to bring destruction cause that's what the monster race does. He doesn't show any remotely redeeming qualities whatsoever and spends the majority of his screen time tormenting Lina and the others as heartlessly as possible. I cheer every time he gets killed lol.
actually he is right ..because dbz characters are too stupid to realize that they have a universal buster with magic capabilities that can target souls and astral entities ...a domain in which they are unprotected .and they will underestimate her and let her do her moves and got themselves killed. their massively hypersonic speed and reaction will not overcome their stupidity
