You guys really get money by doing absolutely nothing. This is basically itunes restore (itunes is safer by the way) and removes everything from your phone. Plus without entering your apple id password your new passcode cannot be used to setup your iphone. This is so mean given you don't tell people they're formatting their devices and misleading.
