With the resurgence in popularity of Voltron, I think we should try to get Funimation to work with Netflix and pick up where season 1 ended. Or have Dreamworks to get the rights to the series and make a netflix series, again from where season 1 ended. Because when season 1 was made they had enough material to do 2 possibly 3 additional seasons. NOW they have enough to do 4 possible seasons, well 6 season with the way Netflix does their animated series.
I find the changes from the manga interesting. In the manga Arkanphel made those grunts’ heads explode and telepathically shredded a tree Aptom was hiding in.

I havnt kept up with the Manga of this in years. Last one I read (tried to) was where Gigantic Guyver 3 fought Maribilis.... Is Alkenphel the closest we'll ever get to see what the Earth's creators would be? The only thing I know of the Zoalords is Barcas is the first, who found Alkenphel, and Guyo was the youngest of the 12
Chris Mahar It's gotten really interesting and a lot has happened since then. We've had numerous flashbacks in the manga's, new character's who seem to resemble the creators, two Gigantic armors now rather than just one, an upgrade to Exceed power or the Exceed armor, a female zoalord, a female Guyver and all kinds of craziness. Recommend checking it out again, go to Japan-Legends.com/forum for that stuff.
Lets not forget that Guyot is still alive and back to his plotting, and a being is going around killing Zoalords and taking their Zoacrystals like they are Chaos Emeralds XD ;)
COULD Aptom have absorbed him if given the chance? Just seemed funny to me that Archanfel had to stop him, coupled with the fact that he even acknowledged that his thought waves do not affect him.
No not possible. Guyvers control metals and Zoalord Zoacrystals protect their bodies from being taken over. Aptom gets stronger with each unique ability he absorbs but he will never be a match for Archanfel.
No it's impossible. Aptom can't absorb anyone with zoalord crystal or control metal. And Archanfel's crystal is the strongest of all. He would absorb Aptom instead.

Latest update Guyver-3 is fighting a kaiju-sized Zoaform of Jearvill merged with Luggnagge in volume 32. Now the manga seems to be on hiatus.
Aptom is fucking lucky that pieces of him escaped Archanfel's beam.

Given the chance, sure, but that chance is extremely slim to none, and Aptom after his first encounter with Archanphel knows it may never come.
