- A group of U.S. Army Paratroopers, assigned to 310th PSYOP Company, 412th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), 421st Quartermaster Company, and the 982nd Combat Camera Company (Airborne) conduct an Airborne Jump off the ramp of a Air Force C-130 aircraft, assigned to the 94th Air Wing onto Tyler Drop Zone, Dobbins Air Force Base, Marietta, GA., July 10, 2020. These Paratroopers are jumping to stay current on their jump status, and stay proficient as U.S. Army Paratroopers. (U.S. Army Reserve video by Staff Sgt. Austin Berner)
I always expect them to stand up and say to the camera, "I'm SSG XXXX and that was attempt number 23."
Good job
They look like a softer landing than the old T-10's. God Bless and keep you all safe. 1972 to 1975 82nd
Rather our old 1 minute hang time. I gather our good SSG got about a 36 second more ride time. Reckon Leonardo was spot on about them square canopies.

''How much more then, those who've straddled such flight & have chosen to jump from between it's wings?''

Are there photos from the jump posted somewhere ?
So is he a ranger or is he straight airborne?
Neither. Support guy for those kinds of units; they airborne-qual them for that.
