ldr before IE still seems betetr with this build cause its cheaper and you got less crit for the ie to amplify
wouldnt kraken instead of statikk be better with this build? i think krakens passive might be more useful after the end of laning phase than statikk and you get more attack speed. But it is more expensive
The point of him going static is the fact it's cheap and it's stats not the passives
i prefer watch someone play league instead of playing it myself xD
