As a wrestling coach, I just wanted to say that was an excellent explanation of the position.
I learn every time I rewatch these.
This is the best grappling channel hands down. Thank you.
Honestly, your technique tutorials are absolutely brilliant! I have watched so many of your videos and seriously they have helped me so much in my grappling. Thank you so much for taking time in sharing this knowledge with us!
Awesome... I really appreciate that all your videos are longer than 1 or 2 minutes! Your attention to deatail is fantastic. Thank you
Thanks for the upload.
How has this only got 800 likes?!?!? Best grappling channel on YT.
These videos are pure gold!!!
I didn't know Adam Sandler is a wrestling coach. Mind blowing!?!?!
A great setup!! Man as i have said many times, you are simply a great coach!
Awesome technique, no BS, love it. Thanks so much.
Amazing stuff!! I just can't stop to see and try to absorb at maximum all the details.
You're an awesome coach, thank you guys

Yes they really did do well!! I wish I could remember which one of my students did it!!?
Love this channel please keep up the good work
Very good!!!

Love the move.though, I'm going to surprise the blue belt I roll with at the end of class
Do the defence for the overhook now please
I promise I will get to it when I can. Stay tuned.
Great video! Is it possible to discuss the weaknesses and/or counters to the overtie?
Yes... all in due time. I have lots of requests, but I will get to it eventually.
AMEN
Make a “Teachmestriking” channel. Im trying to train MMA and you seem like a great knowledgeable coach so if you made a teachmestriking channel it would be amazing
Lol I did make one years ago. My amazing buddy Majid Raees would do a few techniques. I’ve got a lot on my plate and although I am decent basic striking coach, I would not be teaching with the same confidence and skill.
Ohhh so by bumping your hand your just switching the pressure the your right hand so you can sweep with your left
Love it, live it, Eat it, really absorbed it shit it out, pick it up and take it with you, neruture it, grow that shit ball into a healthy plant with fruit of dedication and perserverence....
Give the guy the chance to talk at the end and he sounds like this lol 7:53

What do you do if your opponent grabs your head and then falls back real quick for a sacrifice throw right after you pick up the single leg?
The whaaa???
Many moves are possible. I would say you need good balance and to execute properly and if your opponent tries it, lower your level and resist while creating base. Good luck.
😂
Thanks!
Great breakdown of techniques! I really like your channel - BUT you've gotta work on that editing! Your music is waaaay too loud (and long too) I have to crank the volume way up to hear what you're saying and then when the music comes in I'm about to wake the whole house up.
I’m sorry... I will work on it. Please let me know if my last video’s audio is better.
Yes it was! I noticed the change, I'm happy if my feedback played a part in it! The intro and outro are still relatively long (total of around 30s) which was fine in the TV era, but who really needs theme songs for youtube when you have such great content as you do. ;) Anyhow, I wish you and your channel all the best.
Just need a Bluetooth mic
You look and sound like Adam Sandler.
