Nice setup. Always had issues with my wood humidor, switched to Rubbermaid Brilliance air tight tupperdors, but having trays like in the Sistema were ideal, however I discovered Home Depot's EzyStorage 19qt containers are $15, and are the perfect size for 3 cedar trays plus a small single row height cigar box. No need to get rid of your setup but lets you save up for more sticks as the collection grows. Cheers!
I was a tupperdor owner until I got a wooden one for free from a co-worker who broke up with her cigar aficionado boyfriend. Got me some good cigars too 😂😅
A great video!! Keep them coming! As a casual smoker I use a boveda humidor large bag with a packet. Looking at possible cigar clubs like pravda and seeing this will look into getting one as my collection increases.
Crazy I just got a nice wood Just got a Diamond Crown Humidor for xmas so far its been holding steady at 69 ...but you are right it does take patience to get them to it. I did order two of the tupador tho and you are absolutely right those things are spot on ..definitely will be using for storage
Great!! to hear. That’s wild about your diamond crown humidor. That’s the same one that I’ve been looking at for three years lol the wood humidors are nice I don’t know if you know this but Boveda has a 84% humidifying pack set up for new humidors . how they work is You open up your humidor put the pack in close your humidor top for 14 days. Don’t open it.That will season your wood humidor. When that process is done, put your 69% Boveda packs or 65s whatever you want to use in your humidor with your cigars. the tupperdor are the easiest things to use. They are basically a set it and forget it type of set up. I basically open my tops of my two Tupa doors about once or twice every couple of weeks just to get some air in there and with my trays I’ll just rotate the trays, I’m running 69% and one tupperdor and 65% in the other. I’m doing that, just to see what percentage of humidity I like. Thanks for watching buddy. Hope you have a happy new year. Sorry for some misspelled words. I was dictating this on my phone.
Lol Wade. I just happened to be in their store in Phoenix with the guys and they gave me one to smoke. It’s good stick! They named it while I was there. Crazy! I like that tupador. The shelves are a sweet add. I have the same hygrometer. I went to a Bluetooth one that you read off an app on your phone. Thanks for sharing.🍭🐓👶 I have a video where they do the intro for me. Nice guys.
Now that’s cool, Mel. What a coincidence. Glad you like that stick brother. Thanks for watching and for your support you folks have a happy new year. BRADLEY and JB seem to be good guys.
Nice video I have smoked a lot of those cigars that you were showing off. I bought a 20 pack of Taback and I have them in a separate tupador. Have you ever tried the Olivia V Melanio? It says medium to full body but I actually think it’s just medium and I think you would love it. Another cigar I know you would love would be the Perdomo 10th anniversary Connecticut. Take care and smoke on.
Bass…how many Boveda packs per tupperdor? And how long of life can you expect from the packs in a sealed tupperdor. Yes, I am one of those with a Daniel Marshall that I picked up in 2001. It’s always been finicky but I’ve always used the green foam things to control the humidity. These Boveda packs look like the answer especially in the Tupperdor….
Hey buddy, I use two size 60’s at 69 percent. They will last around 3-6 months depending on humidity it’s trying to control. They are the best out there. I put one on the top tray and one on the bottom. Get a good hygrometer and you will be set. Hope this helps. One pack per 25 cigars. Thanks for the sub!!
Nice video , coincidentally i wound up putting two tups together with a nearly identical setup aside from the hydrometer (i went with the cigar oasis calibre iv because of the form factor) just over a year ago. Liked the video but 72%boveda seems really high for a tup. I Hope you’re not running into any issues. I was having trouble with my sticks being too humid with 69rh bovedas. So i s just switched to 62 for all my airtight containers and 65 for mine that breathe and am hoping that straightens my sticks out. Hope all is well with you. Subscribed 🙌🏼
Thanks for the sub. Yeah, I only use 69 or 65 percent for the tupperdor. Works well for me. When I use my humidimeter my cigars stay between 62 and 68 percent. Great range.
No you don’t have to with tupperdors. I use either a 65 or 69 Boveda packs. Calibrate your hygrometer with a 75 percent Boveda calibration pack and you will be good.
TIM, the hygrometer has to be regulated before you use it in your humidor or Tuppador. Boveda has a 75% hygrometer regulating bag that you put it in for 24 hours and then adjust the hygrometer up or down to what you need for it to read 75%. The hygrometers that I have also has the temperature to show you what the temperature is in the room and tupperdor . A good range for your CIGARS they say is 7070 but you can actually go temperature and or humidity between 65 to 70 is a good range.
that is a really nice setup! clean and all
Thanks Carlos, appreciate you checking out my channel.

Thanks buddy. I will look into the Ezystorage. Yeah, I wish the Brillance were bigger. Thanks for watching.

LOL, I bet.

Thanks for watching my friend.

That looks like a great set up Wade. Really enjoyed that video. Don’t forget try a CAO GOLD ROBUSTO. Jonathan 🇬🇧
I will Jonathan. Thanks
I just so happen to have one that’s been in my tup for just under a year. Didn’t know anything about it and now I’m excited to try it lol
Drew Estate Tabak Especial Negra is the coffee infused stick you were trying to recall the name. They’re my fav at this time.
That’s right. Thanks
Thank you for the info fantastic video 👍👍👍👍
Thanks Tony, Happy New Year buddy.

That pipe tobacco shelf looks amazing!! Where did you get that??😮
Thank you my friend. Thanks watching my channel.
Fabulous, more ytpc awesomeness!!
Thanks Greg.

Hi Jeff, thanks for watching buddy. Yeah, I have tried the Perdomo 10th anniversary Connecticut and they are good. I haven’t tried the Olivia V.
Found living in the UK, 62 bovedas are perfect in a tupperdor with no wood
That’s cool. Boveda has a good thing going.

@@Basspiper glad to hear
Did you season the cedar shelves first?
No you don’t have to with tupperdors. I use either a 65 or 69 Boveda packs. Calibrate your hygrometer with a 75 percent Boveda calibration pack and you will be good.
Nicaraguan cigars with oily wrappers need less humidity than other cigars.
Didn’t know that.
I have 2 of those and mine was $70 each. Love them.
It’s nice, Doc.
Highly suggest the Felix Pro Tupperdor
I’ll check it out.
Can’t you just drop the hygrometer in the tubidor and it’ll just adjust to the temp in there?
TIM, the hygrometer has to be regulated before you use it in your humidor or Tuppador. The new world cigars are the best.
Yes they are Ivan.
Hard to beat for the price…very parsimonious.
Yes they are.
75? Not 65-69?
Do you like them more moist?
65-69 is a great RH!!
