I know exactly what you're feeling! I find so much comfort watching other videos and connecting with fellow MSer's online. Glad I could make you feel a little better! :)
Makes sense and i know what your saying, i feel like sometimes the mental struggle with MS and dealing with family and friends is tougher than the symptoms of MS itself, but the only thing left to do is smile and stay positive
Exactly right! Most of the time staying positive is quite simple, but you do get those days where it seems impossible! Just got to keep your head up and keep going :)
I'm experiencing a lot of the same things. It's very hard to get through. I tried reaching out to a psychiatrist but she was not very helpful. Me and my family don't really get along and I don't have many friends. All I've had is my wife and we are separated at the moment. It's hard dealing with these things when you don't have much of a support group. Listening and writing to these videos that other people post about their depression helps. Lets me know I'm not alone in a sense. Thank you.
I was diagnosed with RRMS in 2013. I decided to trust Jesus, whatever happens. Those times when you can't help yourself and other people can't help, faith in God helps. You're a brave and intelligent young woman. God bless.
I came across this after being diagnosed in May and think that the more serious side of MS (i.e., depression) has to be talked about as its surprising how many people suffer from it but just don't talk about it. I have felt like this too since my diagnosis and even before as my body was struggling and I didn't know why and obviously the diagnosis came as a shock Unfortunately my family don't understand the elements of depression and don't understand why I can't just be grateful that Im still currently able to walk, etc. If you ever need another MS'er (that lives in the UK!) for support that knows what your going through, please message me, Id love to connect. xxxx

Hope you're doing well. That was saddening to hear but I hope Depression and MS don't stop you from achieving your life goals. Best wishes.

As I sit here with tears in my eyes, I understand. I struggle every single day. Thank you for being such a brave young lady. God Bless!
