*Eastside Low Bottoms shit !* I'm from South Central Los Angeles, Low Bottoms, Ca. I moved with Pops, an Original Pueblo, to 8 Tray hood on 90th Place between Normandie and Budlong from '83 until he passed in '86. Then moved in with a Relative from '86 to July of '87 before moving back here to the Low Bottoms. I went to and graduated from La Salle Elementary school. Then went to Horace Mann Jr High school for the 7th, 8th and the first 2 weeks of the 9th grade before checking into Carver Jr. High. Trying to catch the bus from the Eastside all the way to Horace Mann wasn't gettin' it ! I remember on a _few_ occasions Horace Mann being shut down kz the 8 Trays and 60's were going at it tuff ! I would sometimes lose my bus pass so i had to walk from Horace Mann all the way to 90th Place. Sometimes down Western, sometimes down Normandie...in the mid EIGHTIES ! RIP to my lil Relative OG Lil Man from 67NHC. He did 20+ years just to come home for about a year and then get knocked down at home. Cold world. Great history Skipp, but most of all, great MEMORY !
