I was just lead here. When I was looking for my confirmation saint none of the more familiar ones ever spoke to me. In my RCIA book there was a bit about the then Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity. Her saint day was right after my birthday and as I read about her I knew. She was the one who has chosen me. There is something about watching when your patron becomes a saint. Finding a seven video series about her in a dark time, I am overwhelmed.
As a Secular Carmelite of 15+ years who lives so very far from any Communities, I thank you for keeping me connected to Our Spirituality and Our great Saints! God Bless your Holy Work.
Yes! Her genuine desire to respond fully and lovingly to the movements of God’s drawing her nearer to Himself!! How to respond in OUR time but still be in our respective vocations/worlds??
Thank you, my brothers! I'm glad RUclips put this as a recommendation for me and I enjoyed this introduction to her life. Just ordered Vol 1 from ICS, and I'm sure your next in this series will pop up. Thanks again !

HELLO CARMELITE FATHERS AND BROTHERS. WHERE CAN I GET THE BOOK OF ST. ELIZABETH OF TRINITY TODAY IS HER FEAST DAY. I AM FROM THE PHILIPPINES. DO YOU KNOW WHERE CAN I GET THE BOOK HERE? I AM A THIRD ORDER ASPIRANT. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND OUR COMMUNITIES ST.TELESPHORUS AND MARTYRS OF COMPIEGNE.
Praised be Jesus Christ! I would check with the friars there in the Philippines to see if they have copies of St. Elizabeth's works. God bless you in your vocation!!
on outbursts of anger: I think that often we are quick to blame the person who makes the outburst, when often the circumstances that are causing the outburst are very outrageous--but of course, the person who is causing those circumstances is quietly sitting there and is not admitting that they are the one turning the screw to the person who is crying out--so to speak--but God sees and God knows what is really going on...and that is where sainthood comes in--it is not so much about a learning of control of one's self--as it is God having total understanding of how unfair sometimes life is towards someone who is just sitting there and taking what others are dishing out, unfair as it may be--even to the point of crying out--now, that is being Christlike (I see Christ as the soldiers are gambling for his clothing and hitting him with whips and crowning him with thorns)...dts/usa
Thanks for the recommendation! We're certainly not concerned with trying to sell "merch." We only want to share resources with people so that they can learn more about our beloved saints. God bless you!
How about Moses who encountered God in the burning bush? Elijah who experienced God on Mt. Carmel? Jeremiah who heard the voice of God? Jesus appearing to the disciples on the road to Emmaus? Peter being released from prison? The entire book of Revelation which were visions given to the Apostle John? Need I go on? The entire Bible is filled with mystical encounters with God. "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these" John 14:12

May I recommend that you discuss Elizabeth first and available merch second.

Misticism is not in the Bible. Don't add or take away from it.

Where does the Bible say all you need is the Bible solely? Be grateful the Catholic Church gave you the bible
