Another nice review! Thanks! You seem to always pick the coolest bikes for reviews 🙂. How would you compare the rallon to the meta v5? Which one is a better climber and for long days in the saddle? which one is better for steep and rocky tech? Not thinking of racing just pure fun factor
Hey thanks. Honestly they both climb really really well with a slight nod to the v5 only because it fits me better. I think for long days I’d opt for the v5 for that same reason but that’s just because of the geo for me. For steep and rocky tech they both have a very active style but the rallon is slightly more composed at speed and in rough stuff.
I think it’s a great bike to compare to the v5. Climbing they’re pretty close, both firm on the pedals and efficient climbers. Downhill the Orbea feels faster and doesn’t get deflected quite as easily but the V5 is more fun and playful for sure.
