Did you know that your spouse has to meet OWP requirements to be able to extend your OWP? Proof of employment of the student is required to be submitted to support the SOWP, including a copy of the job offer and the three most recent pay statements. Hello, so the official length of my program was 24 months but i was able to complete my program in 12 months. According to the IRCC website and all the lawyers ive spoken to said that the validity of PGWP depends on the official length and not the time it took for you to complete it. But the graduation letter doesnt provide info on how long the program was, hence, i intend to get a letter from my department to show the official length of the program. How does this work? I could be eligible for a 3 year PGWP instead of 1 year.

After doing my foundation course, I took 2-semester of leave due to medical issues, and till then, I did not get my visa. But in September 2022, I got my visa and started my 1st semester in October 2022. I landed in Canada in the same month.
