Ahh man what an amazing interview ❤,I could watch /listen to her all day. I wish this this interview was a bit longer 😅...a 2 hour long documentary would be ideal even. "You can intentionally go after something and receive it. It felt like a big goal - emotionally, psychologically...to expect exponential healing in this time,but feel together, I feel like I've pulled myself to myself. I feel like I've fetched that little girl that has alps gone through painful things. Having that duality and intentionally trying to integrate those 2 experiences - the joy and the pain.. That's what music is for, that's what art is for; that's what I do in my practice. I've always used art to go through the joy and the pain and the mess and beauty of life. So if I can't do it for myself, how do I expect to give away in song, how do I expect to give the fragrance of healing away if I don't intentionally purse it myself ". What profoundly insightful woman!❤It's so refreshing and admirable to watch her emerge stronger, with a fresh perspective and a better understanding of her artistry /craft and what she aims to achieve through it(the underrated power of disconnected solitude) The way she exudes passion and joy while she speaks of it is also so beautiful to watch. Self-awareness-on par ?! She radiates such a magnetic aura, a fearlessly authentic kween who refuses to conform to societal norms and conventionality! I Stan 💯❤🔥.
As usual, an extremely insightful and revealing interview with this genius and artist. The GIFT of TRUE artistry and wisdom is ALIVE/LIVING and cannot be commodified and still retain it's ESSENCE and SOUL. The powers that be continue to use, alter, and corrupt what is GOD-given into something disposable in order to control and influence the masses' thoughts and to pervert the natural order of God. I am happy that Msaki has decided to use her God-given gifts in a more fruitful and NATURAL way. This is not the time to be used by nefarious and wicked entities and to "buy into the lie".
