I am so glad you posted the entire process. It is great seeing how you overcome problems and adapt. It is a much needed reminder to other artists that it is ok if your idea doesn't work as planned. You just need to keep trying until it works!❤❤

I thought it was pretty smart how you used the crayon wax as a mold then had it melt out when baking

I would love to take the credit for that but it was my dad's suggestion! The true MVP of this project lol!

Glad to see the whole process! I think it turned out great, but i definitely understand when a project has been too hard and you feel like the end result isnt worth the effort.
Hopw your upcoming projects are treating you better than this one

It is such a creative idea to use an old ds into a master piece the end looks so good. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do in the future

I'd like to reverse the question and ask how many times you've worked on a project where everything goes right? 👀
To me it seems like the simplest idea quickly deteriorates into pure anarchy.

The result is great! This was an ambitious project but I think it turned out so cute!! Does it work on battery or is there a secret cable to a plug somewhere?

Merci! :) It's powered with a usb cable that came with the led strips. It's connected in the back of the DS where the hole for the charging cable was, I just hid it in the final shots.
