My losses were nothing compared to the paranoia it gave me. Racing home everyday afterwork nervous about leaving the house alone. Lousy feeling.

Will the radio sweeper work from the air if the gps never gives a lead to find a general area to sweep? Since radios need line of sight can flying a Cessna at low altitudes of say 2000-5000feet be used to pickup the signal and find a general location for a ground search?

That narrows it down further. So 433.05Mhz to 434.79Mhz or 886Mhz to 906Mhz are the ISM bands, they're really quite narrow bands. That would be my first set of ranges to search but as I said the radio chipset on-board is only capable of 402-470 and 804-960Mhz so not a huge swathe to search if active. That said criminals vary from clever to stupid, even if this product was only successful 20% of the time (which it isn't, it's much more successful than that) I would still think it's worth having.
