Hi Tashia!!!! I have been following you for a while now. I am so impressed that you are a single woman that has undertaken this adventure on you own!!!!!!!!! I am also a single woman that will be retiring in the next two year. I have started to research having a small Alpaca ranch. I am realistic that Im not looking to make some huge income from my own place but enough to support my love of alpacas and art. I would love any videos on starting a ranch. I have seen your post on how you got started...I guess I am looking for reassurance that I can do this on my own :) Do you have any wisdom as to resources in starting, growing and maintaining an Alpaca business? I am ready to move to any parts of the US......but I really reaaaaalllllly don't want SNOW (sorry Nebraska)! So glad you are posting videos again.

I would love to learn more about alpaca fiber blends. What blends best with alpaca, percentages, what the different blends are used for? I’m a beginner spinner looking to learn about different types of fiber

Thank you! I buy lightly picked fiber, by the lbs. I haven’t picked nor washed it, yet. (I’ll re-watch your processing videos. 😊) I’m interested in spinning it on my first, new wheel. Do you spin blends of Alpaca & other wools? Also, have you core spun Alpaca?

Exciting! I have spun blended and 100% Alpaca but not core spun. It takes a getting used to if you’ve only worked with wool.
