It’s a bit late but I whole heartedly agree; whenever you would go look for a legendary it would bring excitement looking and finding them, but what they have done in the newer games completely taking away that aspect just makes everything so bland

I just loooove the theme to primal groudon and Kyogre
Groudon Has Better Angles And Animation During Transformation To Primal Form Than Kyogre
The animation of Regigigas is epic and i like the battles encounter of Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem cuz match really well with the portals
Regigigas still has one of the best encounter screens
Groudon and Kyogre battle theme music is really great in this game it is a tree kind of like a mix between the old and new and you can even hear a little parts of the old music
My favorite was Deoxys. Nothing like killing a lv80 that was once a triangle.

Real shame I never got Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. For whatever reason, every single walkthrough of the games never feature the Legendary Hunt. I would have got them in a heartbeat.

I caught Kyogre in Great Ball because it matches its colour
this game played such a huge roll in my childhood when i was in middle school and discovering new things this game had it all for me and animal crossing too so glad i grew up with nintendo and not fortnite
I bought alpha sapphire in 2020 just for the nostalgia and the legendaries
I really loved pokemon sapphire so I intended on buying alpha sapphire when they announced its release
6 years later I finnaly have it and I love it
