Modify model feature in MC1 version 6.6….

First run out with the modify model feature in MC1 version 6.6….
Surface logging has seen a major improvement in the latest firmware update…
Here we activate surface logging and select ‘height window’ activation (if I was in a dozer or grader I’d probably choose the Auto activation option)
My target surface is around 2m deep and I make the height window 1m… so once the bucket gets 1m away from the target grade it will start to paint the surface in the relevant colour AND modify the cross section and long slope views in real time…
Every pass will change the colour and modify the model until grade is achieved.
All this data reports up to #conx…
I should have chosen a darker blue for my first ‘too deep’ boundary here so it shows up better for the camera… but hopefully you can see the benefits this will bring to the field - especially in dredging 👌🏻👍🏻
