Yes. You can. But it will take time (prepering sale contract, getting NOC, etc). You have to take into accout that direct cripto payments are prohibited. You will need to exchange cropto into AED or manager check first. This will cost you 2% of the transaction amount. That is the first part (getting Title deed). The second part is applying for a Gold Visa. It takes time too
