Summer Of Flying pt 2 - Fly Bush Plane Over the Sierras (Full Tutorial)

In this video I fly my small airplane from Elko, Nevada over the Sierras and back to Concord, CA (KCCR airport). The first leg to Reno Stead was pretty easy, just picking a path through the ridges / mountains. Over the sierras was a little sketchy due to a aerial firefighting TFR over the I-80 near Truckee, CA. The last section through the central valley I flew low and slow and skimmed in over the hills to KCCR.
