What magic in Gulmira’s name resides!
Gulyušenka, Gulyona, Gulčatai,
Each form of it so sweet, my heart ignites!
As beautiful as she who bears them all,
Gulmira - angel’s name, divine and bright!
Oh, Gulya, in your love I fall,
My soul takes flight to endless height!
Gulmiruška, my chosen one,
I’ll shape your name a thousand ways,
Yet love for you, my only sun,
Will never fade but shine and blaze!
Gulmira! Just to say your name,
It sweeps me to a dream anew.
Gulenka, you’re my fate, my flame,
Forever lost in love for you!
