Hi where are you based? Im not sure if my screen needs replacing or if its possible to repair the same screen because everyone is saying that i need to have the part number to match but i dont have that. Theres so many i have found but havent purchased due to not knowing if it will definitely work. Is there any other way to get the part number if my screen needs replacing because i dont want to take it apart until i have the new part so i can just do it in one go. My screen is fuzzy but the audio/cd is fine. My car is C180K 1.8 petrol W204 elegance year 2008
Hi Dave , enjoyed your video of how to remove the the radio , I’ve from Zambia , I’ve A C200 CDi 2011 , my radio only plays each first start of the morning , once I switch the engine , next I start it there’s only a pop sound coming from the speakers , what could be the problem and how can it be fixed ?, thank you in advance
Are you able to fix the problem where the screen no longer folds away? I have one already out of a car that works perfectly aside from the hide screen function.

Hello I was removing my stereo radio and I accidentally removed the front part disconnecting it front the main stereo head. I put it back and now it’s not wanting to function ... help ...

My w204 c220 cdi 2008 music system sound gets on and off. When the music system is running but there is no sound and then suddenly it comes back to life. What is the fix ?

My 2010 screen went black but the radio functions and it still opens and closes. I changed the fuses but nothing. Do I have to get the screen replaced?
No you can send it us for testing or repair.

If you are trying to get a replacment unit you will need to speak to Mercedes Benz spare parts. We do not have these units for sale as we repair

A spudger is just a flat piece of material. Plastic is best as it is softer than a harder material like metal. They are also called "car panel removal tools"
