Old Sheldon Church Ruins, Yemassee South Carolina

Here's a quick look at the ruins of the Old Sheldon Church, located near Yemassee, South Carolina. It's a remarkable place to visit. One able to give the visitor a better understanding of South Carolina's history and even culture. Stop for a visit when you can. Not far from Exit 38 on I-95. Highly recommended.

Had never been in that area before and had a job in Beaufort. Was a cold rainy day and was driving slow because of water crossing the road and saw that place. Did a U turn and checked it out. Wow! stunning place.
