If you did not know it already, these last few weeks we posted a lot of bonus content to our Patreon page, like a Q&A, a written adventure story, but also a bonus exploration episode. In that video, we investigate a former educational facility built by the Nazis to train their elite. For more info switch over to Patreon now: www.patreon.com/bwturbex
Earlier this year, we decided to go full-time with Broken Window Theory. We rely on our supporters on Patreon and occasional sponsorships in our videos to keep our channel running. It does not matter how you support us but if you do we are really grateful for your help!!! Seriously, thanks a lot, guys!

if you think this is heartbreaking, you should watch some of the abandoned churches and chapels in Russia. After the communist party took over, most of them were closed and some never opened again. There are hundreds and thousands of them, spread all over Russia. Some are getting restored as we speak, but most will just decay further. Most of them were built in the 19th century - so way older than this one. You can only imagine how much destruction the soviets caused to the Russian church!

I always appreciate how respectful you are when exploring. Some people deface abandoned properties by spray painting their names, leaving trash, or taking things, like dogs marking their territory. You are very nice young men sharing pieces of history with your audience. Thank you.

I don't know what the winter is like in your part of Germany. When graves were dug by hand and the ground was frozen, it was common practice to store coffins in an on-site building until spring. When the ground thawed, the coffins were buried. Perhaps that what your second building was used for.

In Scandinavia such a structure was needed. High ceiling to keep temerature low when the sun starts to heat, and the building is not situated in front of the church/chappel.

The fact that this cemetery is for those soldiers who died for their Country has not been maintained out of respect for those young mens memory. Notwithstanding the rights or wrongs of the war they fought, they sacrificed their young lives. The least the German Government can do is respect those service men.

It is very sad when part of local history is lost. At least you guys got to document this before it disappears.

What a lovely chapel and graveyard. I hope they are preserved for future generations. I picture a gray-haired little old lady playing the organ, and worshipers in the pews.

Once, walking through a forest somewhere in Germany with my boyfriend, we found a place that was used to store WW2 munition. The place is only ruins nowadays but, as is common in that country, the villagers still find rests of grenades. And with my boyfriend we found 3 parts of destroyed munition... we think is a grenade as his father told us that as per the photos we took the artifact looks like a grenade they once found in the woods while celebrating a birthday, they needed to call to the police and the birthday party needed to be interrupted by the area isolation.

Shame the local municipality doesn’t renovate such a beautiful historical chapel especially so that visitors can say a prayer and light a candle. Tidy up the graveyard!

I ve lost my grandpa's grave in Kramat Sentiong, Senen. Because at the moment, as a widow with 8 children, my gramma did not ve money to rent the grave, so another person took it. What a sad condition
