Got mine today and WOW, and I agree with @zaineridling , the handle bar cable system for the safety latch was a mess to install and just unnecessary (I didn't see it as part of the unit when I bought it). I found this video and even the Manufacturer states in the comments they include the "pin and click pin so that you can use it the old way" Basically the simple way lol. Otherwise it appears strong enough to do the job.
Too complex. Go back to the classic, simple version which is easy and works as direct as a hammer. The handle-cable part is superfluous and makes the device unnecessarily complex.

Does this jack lift the mower high enough to get an impact wrench under the deck for blade removal?
