Hi Miroslav, I got the problem sorted. Had a problem tricking the machine to get the 'gear' to shift back into neutral, but it is all sorted now. Your video inspired me to have a go. Thank you so very much regards Kate
Thanks very much for this step by step video. It illustrates how important descaling is to the health of your machine. I will surely refer to these instructions the next time I service my Gaggia Syncrony Digital.
Hi Miroslav, could you please tell me what do you use to clean the metal parts? Also, could you tell me which are the symptoms that shows you need to change boiler gaskets? Thanks very much
Please add link for repair kit. See comments below; I am not the only one asking. What was the correct installation mode? Ever found out? Has the video you asked Marcus (3yrs ago) about happened? Thx
Hi great video. Do you have something similar with saeco incanto. Our coffee machine is leaking in the bottom and I need some tips how to remove cover etc.
Thanks for all your detailed videos, they’re very helpful. I’ve owned a Saeco Royal Professional for about 6yrs now and it’s been a solid machine. However I’ve noticed it’s been taking longer in the warming stage when first powered on. Have you experienced this? Do you have any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? Thanks again for your videos.
Hi! thanks for the video I have the same problem where I find the spare part , by chance do you know the measurements of this gasket, (14:56mnt) ...thank you!
Hi Miroslav, Firstly, on behalf of the owners of the Saeco brand of coffee machines, thanks for posting these videos. I for one, really appreciate them. I have the Saeco Odea machine and the door to the brew unit is stuck. I think the brew group must be still engaged, preventing me from opening the door. The top and bottom lights are intermittently flashing, indicating a problem. Is there an easy way of opening the door without taking the whole machine apart and even if I have to try and take the machine apart, I cannot because I can't remove the brew group. Any help you can offer while be very much appreciated. Thanks
Very usefull. Need ask one question - can understood how dreg drawer detection works here? Is there some kind of gauge? IR or other? Cause sometimes it not clears up after remove-clean-insert and i need clean with air pump - winding with it in all holes near dreg frawer :)
Hello Miroslav I like your videos are instructive for those who have these coffeemakers. I have a problem with the coffee machine. I have a coffee machine Magic Rome, and I pressed the hot water to make steam, three or four seconds, it makes electrical short and skip the differential of the house. This is due to the gaskets of the hot water boiler ?? Thank you Please Show me your ebay store.
+G. Sorlí Hello, You need to check for leaks around the boiler (heating element). You can find my eBay store like follow this link: stores.ebay.com/miro1976 If you need further assistance i'm here for help and answers. Warm Regards, Miro
i have a unit of saeco royal profesional, the problem is, the boiler looks fine, when i touch it... it's hot as usual, the problem is, when i press a button for like a reguler cofffee, my coffee is not hot, is just warm ... (as a matter a fact it's a little bit colder) perhaps u could tell me what the problem is? anyone? ..
Good video, however, you assembled the boiler valve incorrectly. the spring needs pieces at each end, the spring goes in the slots of these two pieces. the small piece that goes into the boiler section first is to stop leaks and seals that end, the other end of the spring in the valve operates the valve to allow hot water into the large plastic piece (forget what it's called) anyway, the two separate pieced that are part of the valve (not the cursor) are not together, they need to be on each end of the spring.
Hello Marcus! Thank you for the comment! Could you please, make video which shows correctly assembled boiler valve? I will wait your reply. Best regards, Miro
Thank you, I was not sure how to remove the watertank valve seal.

What you're saying makes perfect sense, however I serviced my machine and it was put together the same as shown here.
