How low do the keys go? I'm trying to find a cheap keyboard that I can play the moonlight sonata on, but I don't know if this one will go low enough...
I bought this to learn the absolute basics & (for now) don't want it to do anything except play what I play. But I notice that sometimes instead of holding a note for an extra beat, it plays the note twice. Is there any way I can make it stop doing that? Other than this problem, I love the keyboard and am having lots of fun with it. Thanks...
There are also three secrets that I know of that aren't in the owner's manual, and to do these, you spam/mash the number pad, and then the led will show either "spl," "pec," or "dub." What are these, and how can I use them without ruining my keyboard?
In case you still need the manual, go to Amazon. Look up this keyboard (Huntington KB61-100), scroll down to Product Guides and Documentation, click on the blue link for a PDF you can open and download, then print.
Number 6 is the March of the Greek Gods. . .how ironic Your name is Zues. Hey do you know the great jazz guitra player Zues Contreras? Check himout he is in our collection of uploads. . .
It might be ideal for someone who doesn't have the money for a name brand keyboard, such as Yamaha, Roland, Korg, Casio, but only if it is velocity sensitive! Here I see that there is a space for a MIDI output but no MIDI input? Why is this? Also, if they didn't include MIDI (or MIDI in a USB B jack like many newer keyboards), your functionality in connecting it with other MIDI instruments or a computer is non existent (however, the line out is also usable for this or with a PA system such as in a church, ballpark, arena, etc). Another feature missing from this instrument is the effects pedal jacks (usually a sustain pedal for piano and other instruments that decay after a note or chord is played).
Ryan Spann Sure, it might have been first sold five years ago, but MIDI has been commonplace for over thirty years now (no excuse not to have it on this keyboard)! Even my 2005 Yamaha YPT 200 has a MIDI In and Out pair of ports on it!
I keep going back to this video because it's funny that he keeps saying "YEAH AND THATS AWEEEEEESOME"
that's happening!
