Great job! I agree, its daft not to use the equipment you have on site to make this all come together. Once this new road is completed, its up to your imagination to come up with ways to bring in paying guests, including a camping area. Perhaps a tea room with a guided tour. Who doesn't like a tea room in a chateau? If we were traveling, we would come across. I lived in northern England for three years and never had the opportunity to visit France!

Yes - its very loud and wondered about how to reduce the sound - there are some specially designed concrete blocks which can reflect traffic noise..
Not concrete - something natural like small trees and bushes will do the trick.
