How to make Mango Custard

After sharing my recipe for raw mango avakai, I'm excited to share another delicious dish you can make with ripe mangoes - Mango Custard! Easy to make and delicious, try it out and enjoy the sweetness of the season!

Ingredients:
- 500ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Custard Powder
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Medium-sized Mango
Method:
1. Boil the milk until it changes color.
2. Add the sugar to the boiling milk.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the custard powder with a little room temperature milk to form a smooth paste.
4. Once the milk is boiled, turn off the gas.
5. Slowly add the custard mixture to the milk while stirring continuously.
6. Turn on the gas again and let it boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
7. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for 4-5 hours to set.
8. Cut the mango into small pieces and mix it into the custard.
Your Mango Custard is ready to enjoy after chilling in the fridge!
