- These Glazed Donuts will melt in your mouth - this is my favorite recipe for fluffy Donuts and I think you should give it a try. The doughnuts are lovely soft and juicy and the best one can eat 😊 Homemade donuts are best when they are completely freshly made - if you have to eat them the next day, you can heat them up in the microwave for 10-30 seconds, and they will be just as delicious as when you had just made them.
I'm sure you will like my donut recipe, they are very easy to make in your own kitchen. I make them with various glaze, including the taste of raspberries and lime. It takes your donuts to whole new heights.! The taste is sweet soft bread along with the sour glazed. NICE..!
In the video, there is a recipe for 3 different glazes, but you can change the the taste if you like. Remember that when you fry them, the oil must not be too hot, because they must be light brown on the outside and soft and juicy inside.

Frying for 4 minutes is too long, the donuts will become greasy. The best temperature to fry them at is around 160 degrees Celsius until they are a nice colour, which takes less than a minute. It should also be bubbling on the sides, which didn't happen when you fried it. This is from my experience, I make donuts a batch of 20 donuts every second weekend for my family because they are so good.

I have another question, how many cups of flour? Because I'm not very good with grams, I can add ingredients by cup and spoon
1 cup of flour = 230 grams

I envy your thick glaze.. They do harden on the donut. How can I make mine like that.. Is your donut warm when you dip it on to the raspberry glaze or is that cold?

Thank you for watching my video
When I make my glaze it is a little hard. When I have to dip my donuts (which are completely cold) I very carefully heat my glaze in the microwave so that it becomes hand-warm for 10-15 seconds. When I have dipped 5-6 donuts, I heat the glaze a little again so that they all get a nice thick layer of glaze.
