Near as I can tell Fuller England is the same Fuller Company. Seems they imported from Japan, England, Holland, Italy & Portugal. Also I think their tools are sometimes marked "Fuller"......"Fullers"......."Fuller's"......Their history is a little confusing and forums on the internet tend to make things more confusing at times.
In the past I found places claiming they were different companies but best I can find out now they are the same company..................Tomorrow could change though, that's the Wild World of Internet Research.

I’m going to do some more digging on that, there seems to be so much conflicting information!
