Well, it's time for Phovieus to shine. Having dash enemies really helpful in cd reduction for phovieus.
I hope phoveus get some buff next patch cause its kinda weak
@Haeryzer he is a little bit weak but if you got the right items then his ball going to be scary. Like my build, I used: divine glaive, concentrated energy, holy crystal, and 2 blood wings. In the emblem, I focused more on the magic power and magic pen. Only with 3 items he can deal a huge damage using his ult. Basically, i used this build on most mage heroes like Selena, lunox (really deadly damage n healing). Like lunox her damage on chaos skill after full items can reach 6k but for sure easy to die.

@Wonton Soup not really, i win a lot of games thanks to the build. Be able to push solo to legend easily with it. Well, each people got their play style and in my style I prefer my ball to hurt the others so much.
So the main combo is to use ult and gather the enemies, 1st skill for stun and finally go back and forth with his 2nd skill
Moonton will probably do this if they were to nerf him; lower his base def and give a higher mana cost on his skill, or reduce the second skill's scaling . He's a lot easier than joy due to the auto targeting mechanism on his sec skill. Unlike Joy, there is a high death rate after missing her second skill, lol💀.
I mean joy doesnt need to target a specific enemy cuz it doesnt have mark, u can hit anyone and have it reset so the auto targetting is the same lmao u can spam click 2 and still hit
@Y e e t lmao ikr. But in certain situations where u just panicked and miss the skill; like chasing enemy lancelot or joy. I like it when the enemy who was being chased by u just stood there with confusion after u turned your back on them because u missed ur sec skill xd.

He doesn't need a nerf. A one-shot Chou build seems to be a good enough counter for him.
The one-shot Chou build consists of the following :
1. Rapid Shoes
2. Blade of Heptaseas
3. Hunter's Strike
4. Endless Battle
5. Blade of Despair
When moskov spears are expensive he start hitting instead of throwing
He accidentally pushed all the enemies into the turret using his ultimate and got savage 😂😂
Turrets can't attack 5 enemies at the same time

An easier way to explain it would be:
Passive: he marks an enemy every 10 seconds or when a nearby enemy is cc'd.
Skill 1: he applies a short stun on the enemy
Skill 2: he dashes to the nearest enemy. This skill deals critical damage and resets if he hits a marked target.
Skill 3/ult: He swipes his weapon and moves all the targets to the right side of his ult.
Helpful
Skill 2 : Has 2 conditions. Skill 2 resets its cooldown if the enemy is marked by the Passive and can be used consecutively if the enemy is marked continuously. And if the enemy is unmarked, it will only revert back as a normal skill with a fixed cooldown.

So for the time period of the mark his second skill can reset and doesn’t depend on how many targets he is using his second skill on (if they are marked )
I think the overall concept of the hero's design apparently came from the hero in AFK Arena, Baden
Arlot's 2nd skill : *Shows that it does crit damage*
Also Arlot's 2nd skill : *Berserker doesn't work*

So Yasuo dash skills same as Lancelot and Irelia dash skills same as Arlot.

Not like other assassins have their own dashes. so his special skills are not the same not like other assassins. Cool!

Arlott good in team fight, solo lane seems questionable. But team fight he will sweep the floor out of everyone. If I am not wrong u missed that he regen a bit every time his 2nd skill hit enemy
It doesn't say anything about regen in the skill description
Watching again at the last clip, looks like he indeed regens after using it
Spellvamp from emblem or item maybe.
This reminds me of someone who commented that Lesley could give magic damage, and it turned out that it was caused by a windtalker.

For me this character has a similarities with Irelia from LOL which also does need a mark in order for the dash to reset, as well as the ult where the marked is applied to the area target.
Yes it is, but i kind of haveing a mixed felling here, like alot, like a LOT of heros/champions need marks for there skills, as will as he is more of a yasou as i tell now don't know If his 2nd take the mark or not

To better understand his ultimate; It goes clockwise.
He seems too op. To balance him, make his mana into energy, so that he can't abuse his skills. It's literally impossible to deal with him at early because of his mobility
He can dash multiple, but the problem he need a object. Without object he can't escape, so very tricky.

Moonton never learn, after Aatrox and Yone was released in Wr, they(moonton) decided to make a hero which is a mix of Aatrox and Yone, the first skill really looks Aatrox 1st ability, but different effects, then the SS is Yone's 2nd Ability also has diff effects, Last is his Dash(2nd skill) which really is SUPER similar to Irelia's 1st & passive with similar passive mechanics, the dash animation and speed is definitely Irelias Ripoff, I guess time goes by with moonton still lacks from Ideas.
By this point, it is more of a show for use to care, If they don't want to change we may as will enjoy it, i just can't belive how hard comeing with ideas can be? I just have ideas that youtubers asked riot to do and i gote them before they tell them (duno If they before me) and i am a nobuddy!
