Best examples are the morning segments of Day 2 and Day 3.
Smiling with the eyes and being expressive with the eyes make her look very warm and present. Present as in engaged in the conversation here and now, not somewhere else.

@@guohao7637 I think you never do Intermittent Fasting (IF) before. I do (IF) when I want to gain some abs or get healthy. I also do (IF) to help my pancreas so it won't have to work as hard to process foods in my body.

Yeah I wonder too. Quite boring honestly, sorry. Like she's not being involved.
I had an econs teacher who was also like that.
Her resting face looks rather sad. But when she starts talking and teaching us i was like oh my goodness it is like a transformation. She gets really lively, animated and impressive when she starts to speak and teach.
After that realization i knew we just need to invite her to talk more. So we took the initiative to say hi to her and ask her questions etc. Shes a really nice person.
I believe John's intern also "transforms" when she gets the chance to express herself.
