cauzi i dont like it.
Hilly _336 ikr same
Why dont have vegan eat meat???
only thing that i don't eat is eggplant, cause the colour and taste not match ah.
Hafeez's brothers going FUIIII when he ate one veggie is the funniest thing i've heard all day
malay brothers? you mean brothers?
imsupapro yea
imsupapro I means he’s not wrong, it’s just unnecessary
Tom J yea it kind of is right, i should edit it
Sew trying to convince PD that popcorn is a vegetable is me to myself. Every. Single. Day.
fries are veggies too !!!!!!!!
@@rachellin2253 because it is made of potato right?
15:02 HAHAHAH hafeez family giving him all the support is so cute
I feel so happy watching this because Sew broke thru into hating veggies less. And all the creative ways that An managed to incorporate into her meals. I used to hate veggies but as I tried more, I grew to love it hahahahaha.
yes some veg actually improve the dish overall esp when they r crunchy
sew crying over eating vegetables is a mood
more hafeez pls!! hafeez has that lively vibes that makes me laugh most of the time watching him do something foolish and the way he talks just makes everything even funnier!
when the ppl who don't eat veggies are so much skinnier than you.............
I think it's cos people who like or don't hate veggies are less picky and eat a lot of things.
skinny doesn’t = healthy
no i think its just the fast metabolism
can still eat veggies and be unhealthy. if you eat a lot of oils, salt, sugar, and fried food.
Are you from the USA?
everytime i eat brocolli now i will think of a mini forest
hopefully all these veggies can help cure Hafeez's colourblindness after that favourite colour episode or maybe yall need a carrot only episode for him
15:03 hafeez's family is so hype wth HAHA
Foooyoh first time sial
As soon as I saw the title I 100% knew Adria would be here🤣
Once I saw the title I knew Sew is in there cuz of the ig story challenge in the tsl one cuz of the celery juice🤣😂🤣😂
08:45 has a cute couple at the back omg. So sweet!!
Is not Monday blues anymore for them its Monday green
💚🤣🤣🤣Hilarious comment.
i love sew omg i cant 😭 she’s the type that would be like “fries also vegetable!!!”
I guess it's really important to train from young to eat vegetables so you won't grow up to hate them, please eat your veggies they're important 🤣
Man... broccoli is my fav vegetable you guys say until it’s like mini forest, now I cannot see broccoli in the same light again loll
Can I say that whoever edited the sound deserves a raise, cos multiple times throughout the video I actually turned my head to see if there was someone talking behind me. Turns out it was just the incredible background noise in the TSL office.
rare insults hahaha
the video i have been waiting for
i used to hate vegetables when i was young hahha cause idk doesnt taste very nice,, only brocolli and cauliflower taste good...
but as i grew older, i fell in love with other vegetables like nai bai, spinach, caixin, watercress and etc,, then i hated brocolli and cauliflower instead... idk,. leafy vegetables taste really good ahhaah
Sew is such a blessing + her reaction to tomato was everything
Haha but shh don't tell Sew that tomatoes are actually fruits, not veggies. 🤣🤣🍅
I love veges, I cant have a meal without veges, I seriously can't relate at all 😂
Why got so many ppl in eatbook hate veggies
should change to meatbook
Damnn this challenge is probably the most positive and best challenge you guys have done! Kudos!!
hafeez eating the honeydew n papaya together : *unlocks new level of yummy*
7:50 Sew hating veggies when I always buy my Subway with most of the veggies except for chili and onions 🤣
as soon as I this pop up, I got so excited 😆
AN looks like a kid and looks the youngest, yet shes the one that is already married.
When I can't relate cuz I love veg 😂
LOL.. you can hear them say softly.. " omg every meal.. nooooo. "
I really wonder if Hafeez really dislike vege. Among all, he doesn’t look so affected. Just when I tot my dislike of veggie is extreme, Sew nailed it by crying....hahahahaha. An’s food still look the best. At least those I will eat....especially the kimchi fried rice.
hafeez seems okay with every veggie he eats, good job! haha
Actually... i'm curious, do these veggie haters experience any differences in their health / body if they rarely eat veggies? 🤔
It's common for veggies (especially cruciferous kind i.e. broccolies, kale, cabbage, etc.) to cause indigestion and stomach discomfort since they produce gas. Also, if one is not used to having a high fiber intake, a sudden high intake of fiber could also lead to constipation & other digestive issues.
No. I eat meat and skip vegetable to the age of 14 or 15. I can tell you . It feels no difference. I still hate cucumber the smell makes me vomit serious . Other vegetables OK.
nalipalollipop I personally hate veggies as well, and ummmm.... I rarely eat veggies. I often get pimples on my face but that's really it (the side effect for me personally) :)
Wow thanks all for the sharing hehe! Personally i'm not a BIG veggies fan but i do eat most veggies like broccolli / cauliflower/brinjal/leafy ones and yknow how parents like to say it's good for our health! So i was really curious are there any side effects if people do not eat veggies regularly. I guess there isn't so much diff after all, at least maybe it appears so outwardly :) but yeah i guess it's just important to have a balanced one to get all your nutrients ^^
After eating the vegetables i feel healthier
Hafeez is actually me in a nutshell🙂🤣🤣 this episode is so relatable for me😂
I love how we slowly see how Sew evolved
adria and her dad eating expression is exactly the same...so cute.... this challenge i most wanted to to see AN's reaction as she hates vege the most.. haha..
OMG YESSSSSSSS A LONG AWAITED VIDEO
Eatbook: **eats vegetables**
Me, watching Eatbook video: **eats chips**
Maybe I should eat veggie chips lol 🤣😛
Why isnt Chris on this challenge? AHHHAHAHAHA
omggg yaaa
I won't mind this challenge at all! Im those who loves veggies more than meat. As im exploring more to a plantbased diet too.
Everytime Hafeez is in a challenge.. you can expect him to somehow "cheats". 😂
My dinner tonight was made up of purely vegetables (spinach + carrot + potato). YUMZZZ
Finally I waited a veggie one HAHA
Adria's theory on why she doesn't eat veggies is so WEIRD AHHAHHAHAHA
I would consider a real challenge having the talents eat vegetable-based meals rather than have a small side serving of them for most of their meals. A more valuable takeaway would be how veggies can be incorporated in abundance for health, with recipes highlighting their best flavours and textures rather than having to pretend like they are not there.
Yes!! Tbh what they ate every meal is what most of us eat everyday LOL. I think it would have been way more entertaining if they went vegetarian for 72h
I think the point here is that they hated vegetables and then after this challenge they slowly start to tolerate eating them and can then explore which veggies they like. After that it's up to them whether they're willing to appreciate veggies more. Asking them to eat a meal made entirely of something they hate from the get-go, might actually have a different outcome: them dreading it even more. Everyone starts somewhere, gradually.
L. Hasna i think kit shan’s point here is to create a valuable takeaway with this “challenge”....
I guess this video is a small stepping stone for those who don't like veggies to slowly start eating them, like what L. Hasna said! Perhaps in future we can have another video where they re-attempt the challenge but go 100% plant-based. I see it as a win for everyone haha, since we as viewers get more videos xD
the moment hafeez say he hate tau gey i looked down at my dinner with tau gey😂😂
ERM WHY IS THIS VIDEO SO RELATEBLE 😳😬
When she said i feel like i'm on period this 72 hr. Hafeez said 'Same'. Man, so u know how period feels like wkwkwk
sew crying over veggies is literally me
FINALLY HAFEEZ IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m like oh no why they cry and I’m like yes I’m looking forwards to this video
Lol to Hafeez everything tastes good lol and he say he doesn’t like veggie. 😂🤣
Hahaha their reactions to veggies damn exaggerated and funny, but im glad they are starting to not dislike it (even if it's by just a bit)! veggies aren't scary! :P
good job to all! 😘
Sew is a mood
lol they say they hate vegetables but the first vegetable one of them ate is ladyfingers like ewww thats one of the most gross vegetables ever!! also the reactions with picking out the tauguey i can relate soo much!! i cant stand it in my food too 😂
I originally thought it was full-on vegetarian for 72 hours hahaha.
A bit disturbing that Hafeez has never tasted cauliflower or kailan before 😣🤣
Even more disturbing that Sew cried lmao
Wow. so shiok to find a bunch of people who don't eat beansprouts 😂
an is literally so cute!!
When Sew says 'Ew!!!' ❤ her, love tsl
Adria looks like someone fun to eat veggies with!!!
kimchi fried rice but no kimchi and cucumber is in it instead??? hahahahahaha
Why dk why but hafeez is always damn funny when doing a challenge
WAIT.. i always order the mentaiko fries from genki but where's my extra plate of mentaiko sauce.. 😕😕😕 do u have to request for it?
eatbook should do another version with a different food/can also be fruit haha
Sew is struggling to eat tomatoes and I'm here going "But it isn't a veggie leh it's a fruit"
Level up! 😂
oh my god the 4 of them hates beansprouts 😭😭
The good ol' days of being able to dine in :( How times have changed.....
"What's the nutritional value of a beansprout anyway? I can assure it's nothing"
*me on Google: nutritional value of beansprout
Well, at least Hafeez isnt colour blind this 72hrs 😂😂
but i love bean sprouts a lot though.... anyone with me AHHAHAH
yep same BUT i dont dislike veges in general so
HAHAHA ANTIE COOKS omg love it
You all should do a 72 hours maggie mee challenge
My fam complains about how a picky eater I am, I gotta show them this video to prove that I’m not that bad of a picky eater
If only popcorn were veggies
Just order mixed vegetables rice every meal😂🤣
Great video and good effort for eating food which you guys hate. Just continue this habit, my 2 year old can eat kangkung, paprika, tauge etc. Better than myself hahaha
Technically popcorn is a vegetable cause.....
The popcorn is a just a cooked version of dried corn kernels
The caramel can be just made of sugar which of course comes from sugar cane or sugar radish ( brown sugar) the caramel may also include butter and/or milk
Sorry I extra
When I open this I was eating broccoli lol
There's so many vegetables on Earth, and I only see yall eating corn, broccoli and spinach. Guys, you can do better! 🤗
Haha I guess corn, broccoli and spinach etc are good entry points for people who don't like veggies. Gotta build up the confidence before they start on brussel sprouts, artichokes, celery etc! But I agree with ya - variety is best! :)
Eatbook I challenge you to go Whole Food Plant Based for 72 hours! I think they'll all suffer hahaha. But it's good for the body :D
them: the tomato is in the burger. me: lucky bastard
Wah this show it's truly about nature versus nurturing case lah.
It’s a bit disturbing that these grown people are showing such averse reactions to vegetables. Kind of reminds me of those scenes in freaky waters where they try to get people to try fruit and vegetables. Not only is it physically unhealthy to shy away from vegetables but also it leaves a bad impression on others when they see such strong reactions.
Yup Sew is right the stem of the veg is 🤢so I never eat the stem
If I were them I will be mashed potatoes with gravy . easy it is still half vegetable 😂
sometimes when i see ppl who cannot eat vegetables i srsly wanna slap them and say "JUST EAT IT" like what is so hard, they're not forcing you to eat your own poop lol
i just realised sew could just get rid of the tomatoes since her challenge is to eat meals with vegetables and tomatoes are technically fruits hahahaha
Sew i suggest u eat the burger with the tomato y'know, tastes damn better
"Let-Tius"? LOL
You guy should do another vegetable challenge
its due for a 72 hr eat everything with beansprouts challenge!
Wah i think bolin can do this challenge for 3 weeks LOL
BEANSPROUT ARE SO GOOD!
IDEA: if u guys are still working from home. How bout a 72 hrs challenge to eat only what you buy for one another
Pls try Haichijia instant noodles!!!
I tried this and now i love veggies. I air-fried it
72 hours of people learning they might actually enjoy veggies :)
