For The crew motorfest - All free reward vehicle will be available in store. - 2 Vehicle from premium summit can be bought on motorfest. - Motorpass and Summit (Almost of them will locked behind) you need to owned the crew 2 and win the competition that premium summit then use collection import transfer into motorfest and done. But some vehicle that came from previous game can be win in motorfest to unlock these again.
I don't think any free car will ever be able to top the shear insanity of the 3000GT no rollbar edition. It may not be the fastest anymore but it's probably still my favorite to use on any non-restricted event, leaderboard chasing, or even just for grinding.
If you have a friend that has completed the races for the no rules cars they can start up the last race for you instead of doing all races and will still obtain the vehicle

I had actually unlocked all of The Crew Rewards Program cars, since I played the shit out of The Crew. Just.. never had the funds to get the game, and pretty quickly forgot about it because I was given an xbox for christmas later that year, plus Forza, and that really sucked me out of anything playstation related. It's probably now been so long, especially with TC servers being shut down, that I can't even get those reward vehicles *if* I bought the game.
I'm in the same boat, I owned TC1 and even participated in the rewards program and the TC2 closed beta but because I no longer own TC1 on Ubi after the shutdown I didn't receive any of those cars :/
If you mean perevious motorpass - No. Untill they will return as shop items. Curently devs returned 2 years old Motorpass vehicles. Current Motorpass you need to unlock tires by completing tasks or with CC

My gosh can ubisoft just have enough releasing new vehicles into the game? Having a collection of a thousand vehicles gets boring when they're only good for models but not good for handling. Like damn please focus on the world and how big and better the map plays at least. The map needs textures of details and lifely taste of different city cultures (hype some brand new and unique city racing themes in it) suchas pittsburgh or Cleveland Ohio etc. I understand that we can not come back to police chasing because the planes ruined that. The whole moral of open world racing game suppose to be about making our entire USA into a bigger and better festival playground. The map needs some detailed cultural tastes because that's how lifeless the crew 2 is lacking.

Well we all know that the Street Showdown summit will be bringing us a Mitsubishi Evo 6 Flow edition drift spec as a summit car this week.
