Loving this series, guys! You’ve got me all fired up to get into some serious negotiations! I know my final price point, just don’t know what tractor…one series R, or 2 series R. I had my mind all made up on getting the 1025R, then you guys said get the next size up, if you can afford it. This is going to be a ONE TIME SPEND for the tractor for our property. This chance will never come around again…according to the finance committee! Keep up the great work. I have lots to learn.

Glad the hear you are enjoying it. Thanks for watching and listening.
When I decided to buy the 4052R, I was heeding the advice of some good friends that told me “if you are going to own land, buy a good tractor, you will never regret it”.

I agree, buying my 1023E with the FEL and 54"MMM, buying the BH would have made the purchase another 50% more for an attachment I would rarely use. I know lots of guys get them and use them, but there was no way I'd use one enough the justify that huge expense. Happy to have saved the money and buy many other attachments.

I’m with you. Just never made sense for me. Josh has used his quite a bit. Glad I have access to his if I ever need one. Jason

i have a backhoe on my 2016 1025r and i have put a lot of hours on it, i have 650ish hours on my tractor total, mostly front end loader and backhoe work. you did a good job with this video. one thing i would add to operating it is to learn to gently move the joysticks. your not mixing up a cake mix by hand. the rpm you stated is a great working range buy if you need more power rev it up then bring it back. once again you have good sound info that i agree with.

Hi Brothers, thanks for the videos great series! I have a 1025R TLBMMM, took the backhoe off after delivery, then mowed, found that the mower wouldn't raise, thought all night about it then the "lightbulb" came on, I connected the pb hoses together and it worked. Seems that the last thing that you touch is where the problem starts.

Nice job on the troubleshooting! The TractorPlus App used to have nice step by step screenshots with instructions. I haven't checked lately to see if they have finally added those back or not... i used them all the time with the backhoe and the few times I removed my FEL. Not a tractor owner at this time, but this series is helping with some of the questions about what to get and why. Good tips on the backhoe but like Josh said the use cases are few and far between, I can't think of any that I would be like I gotta get a backhoe. I am looking more for a loader, mower, tiller. forks/grapple.

Thanks Joel, glad you are finding it useful. Midmount mower video will be out tomorrow morning, rotary cutter on Wednesday, Tiller on next Saturday followed by back blade and box blade on Sunday. Thanks for watching and commenting! - Josh

Did you call on that ad for 21,000 even for a brand new TLB to ensure that was out the door except sales tax? I think bottom dollar is about 500 more unless they are trying to move a 2020 that sat in their yard a while.

We did not call as we aren't currently shopping... AgPro is a very large dealer across Ohio and I think two other states. With the major increase in demand on tractors and shortages related to COVID, I'd be surprised if they had any sitting. Maybe they get volume discounts and are trying to get as many pre-orders as possible to make a big purchase. Not quite sure. - Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@HardyBrothersOutdoors I looked online and it shows 21,999, not 20,999. Unless I misheard you and you said 21,999. 21,999 aligns with what I have seen. Maybe a few hundred room in that number yet.

@@Mick-ls8tq ad definitely says $20,999, looking at it now. If you’d like a copy of the ad to use shoot us a message with your email address. You can use the contact link on our website www.hardybrothersoutdoors.com/contact-us
