never owned a galaxy watch but is it possible to setup some mode/routing where during sleeping hours it would switch to the settings you suggested automatically? then during the day it can just operate as per usual. Not practical if you have to keep doing it manually all the time.
I don’t care about battery life. I have 2 galaxy watch 6 44mm. I use the first one for a full 24h tracking, put it on charge in the morning, take the second one and do the same. So I have a full 365 days a years of battery life.

you can use Bedtime mode, not need to do it manually.
