    Video "How to make planetary gear transmission and front-wheel differential" is an introduction to how people make components of a front-of-cassette differential:

    The differential introduced in the video is a differential assembled with a gearbox for front-wheel drive. The main transmission is either a straight-toothed toothed gear unit or a tilt-toothed toothed toothed gear unit. Planetary gear set includes 2 pairs of planetary gear. One pair is fitted with differential housing, the other one is fitted with two semi-axes leading to two front wheels. All four planetary gears are fitted with the main transmission of the main transmission.
    The differential on the vehicle has three main tasks:

    Differential is a device used to divide the torque of the engine into two lines, allowing the two sides to rotate at two different speeds. We can find a differential in all modern cars and trucks, and especially in full-featured four-wheelers. Every active bridge of these cars needs a differential and of course between the front wheel and the rear wheel is also needed because when the crab, the distance between the front and rear wheels are also different. For semi-active four-wheelers, there is no need for differential between front and rear wheels; Instead, they are locked together to move at the same speed. This explains why these cars are hard to reach on concrete roads when four wheel drive systems are used. Will the wheels be rotated at different speeds? We have just started with the simplest differential form, called the open differential. Here we will go with some other terms. The image below will tell you some of the main components of an open differential. When the car moves straight on the road, both wheels spin at the same speed. The toothed wheel at the inlet will rotate the tooth and the differential housing rotates, without any of the rotary differential gear, the two toothed gears are locked together and with the differential housing. Notice that the input gears are much smaller than the toothed rim, which is the last gear reducer of the vehicle and their transmittance is the transmittance of the last transmission. The last transmission ratio is 4.10, which means that the teeth of the tooth is 4.10 times larger than the input gear. When the car enters the corner, the wheels will have to rotate at different speeds. In the picture above you can see that the gears on the differential cover will rotate as soon as the car starts to change direction, allowing the wheels to move at different speeds.
