Personally I feel like phase 3 is a What if situation rather than an actual canonical phase, access to this phase would only be achieved by hacking, as Sans would always kill you at the end of phase 2
For people wondering this is not a canon phase I made canon to the lore, the human is destined to fail in O.H's timeline. Though as Ozias said this'd make for a cool hacker ending. [Though if I did make this canon O.H would remember it, so in a different timeline you can probably imagine an O.H and VHS Sans team up]
