Hi Lily... We too are having extreme temperatures here in Italy... Over 40 every day for 2 months... We are truly baked, and my oven has failed me, so I have had to stop also.... So so hot... Sending you love and support... Are you still going to Italy?

I didn't actually! They were filled with my fresh basil pesto, soy yoghurt, roasted vegetables :)

It looks like your operation is well beyond the "MICRO BAKERY" stage. I think a better description would be a MINI BAKERY. Your operation appears to produce several hundred baked products a day.
