Why would you want to use native gaming when you have incredibly modern upscaling technologies that is virtually indistinguishable from native and in some cases better while offering ADDITIONAL performance? This comment is utterly laughable and ridiculous. Get with the times man. You have modern GPUs leveraging AI now for your benefit but yet you want to cling onto old archaic and inefficient methods LOL 🤦🤦
Showing the initial vram changes when changing setting is wrong , vram climbs up the more you play and this game eats vram , I started with 7.8 and it kept on climbing till it reached 10.8 , for 8gb card you need to put texture on low with upscaling
Noticed the same shit. I used Low Specs Experience to optimise it for better performance, and it started with 3.3 Gb but then climbed to over 4 with time and started lagging again. And it was doing this from time to time: it would start lagging during certain episodes, but then suddenly performance would improve in the same battle it began to lag. Something is wrong with how this game handles graphics.
I think High reflections use RT reflections and actually demanding. You should have used the main menu scene for previews, it has everything to test properly.
Strong disagree on using FSR over DLSS in this game. Just look at the short hair on the back of Senua's head when you activate FSR, you get all sorts of glitchy visual artifacting while DLSS just makes a slight blur. Comparing the two side by side in game I don't get why anyone would prefer how FSR looks and it performs worse.
@@RB25528 kk. FSR is kind of the staple for AMD and also with FSR 3, a newer thing. Xess I've barely heard of. Would think FSR is better. But I'm a noob, so you're probably right.
@@clarityofdeath I can run this game at 1440p native + DLSS, then using DLDSR to move up to 4K. The picture looks better than native 4K. I'm using the same GPU at 60fps, mostly high settings and RTX digital vibrance is also on. After optimizing my PC for years it punches above it's weight. Plus all these upscalers and techniques are wonderful. I can run on high but I recommend everyone set things like Shadows on low because I can't see a difference in quality. Yet they take up resources. There's other settings that do nothing as well.
3080ti and still can't get better than 40 fps without upscaler. Native gaming is dead.
4070ti super an im getting like 110-140 with frame gen...around 90 without it
round 50 avg fps on 7800 XT, 1440p Native + all on High
@@iheartedmedmlife8139how did you enable frame gen bro ?
@@UpUpandaway132 Have a 40 series card.

You can have native Nvidia frame generation. You just need to turn on DLSS
And you need a 40 series RTX card to use Nvidia FG, but yes. It's usually hidden for anyone under 40 series... Even a 3080 Ti
@@TroubleChute Ow yes got it
I put Post Processing on Low because on High it gives a really ugly film grain effect for some reason.
Medium is a good compromise because it does add to the experience with a few effects but I agree that high is atrocious.
Wait, there is a Hellblade 2? How am I only finding this out now.
Released today only.
Bad marketing thank xbox
Xbox gave it no marketing but it's a good game.
@@PotentialLegend just finished. Great game and performance. Wish the game was longer with a better story telling. More weapons and discover bid more.

Me as well 😂 I have nitro 16 notebook rtx 4050 ram I played 1440p all the way but always having trouble with fps and super exaggerating my ram

Was not aware of this. That's a great feature
nope. Hellblade 2 didn't ship with RT. Only DLSS and Reflex. Source: Nvidia
@@DravenxEyeless It might be Lumen RT.
It appears to be software lumen for reflections mixed with screen space for charcters and foliage

fsr better
FSR is AMD, DLSS is Nvidia.
absolutely
@@Dezzyyx Exactly, so he should be using DLSS for his Nvidia 3080 TI card.
@@ercanylmaz967 So you think glitchy pixels and visual artifacts are better than an even blur?
so underrated video
I apreciate the video and content but would it hurt to have a capture on paint with all the optimized settings? jeez.
Ur amazing bruv.
Hope you are right with your settings bub
why do i have to keep holding the left click on mouse to move the camera it doesnt move automtically
pleased help
same issue here i decided to play it with controller cuz i didn´t found a way to fix it
Why on earth are you recommanding FSR 3 over DLSS? or even XESS for that matter, both of them look better then FSR 3
FSR 3 is AMD, DLSS is Nvidia.

I run a 3060 ti and put on nvidia diss and get 115 fps plus
On 1080p 🤡
In 2k on balance mode you are far from 115 fps
I get 1440 on rtx 4050 6ram solid 55fps though it's sucks coz low ram is overpowering my gameplay
