One thing the Toreador has that none of the other boosted /armored vehicles don't have is (Normal Map Icon). That's what puts the Toreador in a different level.
I have both of them and tbh I prefer the Toredor because you can use it in heists and it also goes underwater so it really helps when you're doing the facility submarine mission. Scramjet is good but it's hard to control, like when u jump and boost u can't really control it and most of the time it goes underwater and then u gotta buy it back
When I found out how much missiles it can take I knew it was the best rocket vehicle. It's better than the scramjet,duluxo and both the oppressors. I shot all of those down with one missile. At Least when ur in the toreador U got a chance to survive if U take a couple hits.
In my opinion i would say the Toreador is my number 1 choice, as it can boost almost as well as a scramjet, can act as a submarine with sonar, as almost the same exact speed as a scramjet, and also is cheaper. However, i would like to mention that whilst the toreador is very useful, the scramjet is hella fun so it really depends on what type of guy you are.
But is it really useful to go underwater in a car? I really wish rockstar added a map expansion where you have to travel over seas to make boats and stuff like this more useful.
it's basically a four-seater boost stromberg. it has more armor than the scramjet, same as the stromberg. worse missiles than the scramjet, same as the stromberg. also no jump. it's def more of a combination of the two, but it's so much closer to the stromberg than the scramjet
At the end you should have a recap or a graph of both of the vehicles with categories showing which was greater in each test but Keep them fire videos coming💪🏾

Toreador can take quite some missiles and be used underwater which is great to go to your kosotka and yacht. Also can hold 4 people which is a big plus. On top of that, unlimited rockets.
There's nothing to do underwater apart from collecting some stuff. I can just fly to my yacht or take a jetski, don't use it often anyway. I don't need to carry 3 people with me. Scramjet's boost and shooting in the air is more fun to me. It's all preference

Toreador takes the cake imo. 1. Infinite missiles 2. Boosters 3. Normal map icon 4. Submarine 5. Can be used in missions 6. Armoured 7. Overall really fun to drive 8. And it's a sports car so it's agile and fast
Fun Fact: The torreador can compete with the oppressor, so if your trying to save 2k, you wont regret it, ive out run many missles with it, this thing is a beast, it can be used in hiests and in missions, I use it alot for head hunter down side is the protection, but the mk2 has no protection at all, it really comes down to personal preference. The toreador competes but the scramjets bests the oppressor due to the difference in tier of missiles it has. Also the scramjet is better than the toreador in every aspect besides armour. If the toreador could only take 1-2 missiles the scramjet would get the best of it 9/10 times
the aquatic nature of the toreador has saved me so much on insurance already :P and its also kinda fun not having a jump, but still having the ability to shoot up like a rocket so i basically just drive around looking for ramps lol
imagine if they made a car that can fly like deluxo + recharging boost, has a submersible mode like toreador + boost, infinite ruiner missiles + toreador machine guns, can seat 6 ppl with passengers having the ability to use weapons outside of windows, and also have same armour as nightshark, and could also be stored on the submarine like Stromberg/toreador can be.

Thb I think the toreador is better as it is very useful for the perico heist setups as you need to go from the submarine to land and back. It also basically matches up with the scramjets speed. You can even boost underwater too.

The fire rate is faster too. You can launch several missiles at your enemy and have a good chance of taking them out.
