@@delaaja2234 not if you own a hangar but if you don’t. Have 1 at the base then fair enough but if you own 1 then the military base is better as you cannot buy the prison so if you enter you will be aim botted by noose policeman and all tanks and military from the base!

Prison: Hard because of Snipers unless you use Duke O Death . Rhino Tank or any car that has bulletproof Window
Fort Zancudo: Instantly Shot by Rhino Tanks on if on Normal Vehicles and Shot by P996-LAZER when flying a Aerial Vehicle.
If the ATC Says
This is a No Fly Zone. Divert your Course
Your in a Fort Zancudo No Fly Zone Divert or you will be Shot down
This is US Army Airspace Divert or face consequences
