To me ortiz just looked like he wasn't even serious about the fight.pre fight he was smiling and joking,during the fight he looked frustrated,post fight he wasn't even upset he lost,he was smiling and seemed happy. In order to do that he has to stop the clock which would defeat the purpose of making sure it had started back. He was just checking to see if the clock had started in which case all he needs is a yes or a no. Floyd took advantage of Ortiz's unwillingness to fight, it really had nothing to do with the ref if the ref was looking the same thing wouldve happened because Ortiz was looking for sympathy.
