you should try devos gauntlet on surtr, since hes pretty heavily AA based you get a lot more value out of him and the item late game than soul eater since his abilities do poop damage later on hes barely healing

@@papermachete8071 people build eye of jungle, trans, crusher, arch druids and last 2 are free picks in jungle. in solo you see red stone with berserker shield a lot, proving most people go AA surtr

Regardless of what happens at worlds the impact you’ve made on the smite community will last the rest of time. But you need to get your squat game up a bit.
Sutr is the absolute worst to go against if your pick cannot out pressure him. The free get out of jail ultimate, the annoying spawns of minions, the slows and magical damage during autos. It’s unfun especially when other warriors still feel so mid.
mage meta didnt really phase him out either unless it was a poseidon or morgan le fay. up until level 15 or so surtr just rules the lane and the entire map i really think he needs massive nerfs to his early game and small buffs to his late game with a rework to his ult
